Returns

We appreciate your order & hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, returns can be made if they meet the following criteria:

· the package must be sent via ups and include completed return card. (email us at info@sarabengur.com to receive your card)

· the product must be sent back within 30 days of order delivery.

· the product must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

· products cannot be laundered.

· the product cannot be listed as final sale during time of purchase.

· all returns valued over $1000 will incur a 15% restocking fee.

· if a return is sent and does not meet these criteria, we may ship it back to you.

· shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. You are welcome to make a return and place a new order on our website.

A note about our products

Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness. All sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
