After working on Morgan and Michael C. Hall’s NYC apartment, they asked me to reprise my role for their weekend retreat in Stone Ridge NY. Their love of color was instrumental in creating this haven, which includes a yoga room, the de Gournay flamingo wallpapered TV/guest room with daybeds that rotate to form a king size bed — all custom designed and hand painted— a master bedroom & bathroom, a guest bathroom, living and dining room, pink paneled office, and an open set kitchen.  The design aesthetic reflects the history of the cabin and really pushes boundaries in the use of contemporary fabrics and furniture choices. This house is really an imprint of the Hall’s love of color, nature, and art.
